Kelly on cue as Nab Wood upset leaders

Nab Wood Rovers under-tens ripped up the Keybury League form book to topple joint-leaders Bingley A 1-0.

Sam Kelly scored the only goal midway through the second half as Rovers logged only their second win of the season.

Unfortunately Nab Wood Rangers under-tens could not repeat the heroics as they went down 2-1 to Bingley B, Owais Hussain scoring the consolation.

Callum O'Dowd made an assured debut in goal for Myrtle Park under-sevens and later enjoyed an impressive outfield spell as well as his side returned to winning ways with a 3-1 home victory over Oakworth.

A deflection off midfielder Jack Thornton provided the opening Park goal before Rhys Allen and Sean Coleman added solo strikes.

Westwood Juniors under-sevens' Jets and Dolphins both logged victories against Gomersal/Cleckheaton.

The Jets triumphed 3-2 thanks to goals from Jake Dawson, Ethan Labad and Adam Perry, while the Dolphins were impressive 10-0 victors as Dominic Anderson scored half the tally backed up by Jacob Trueman (2), Robbie Ellwood-Jackson, Callum Armitage and Joel Craig.

Westwood Jets under-nines finally got their first win of the season, beating Horsforth 2-1 with goals from Joe Stephenson and Roy Kamachia. But the Dolphins are still looking for their first win after being beaten 10-1 by Horsforth.

Gareth Thompson and Jamie Gibbs bagged two goals apiece as Undercliffe Celtic won 5-3 after a see-saw encounter with hosts Prospect.

Joe Walker Kay completed the scoring as Celtic logged their fist-ever victory against Prospect.

Kings Park had a mixed bag of results, with the Pumas the only winners as Josh Ellis, Jack Howland and CJ contributed the goals in a 3-0 win at Vision.

Goalkeeper Sam Barrett was the star man for Park Panthers as they drew 3-3 at Sandy Lane. But Park Cubs lost 7-1 at home to Horsforth and the Wildcats suffered a 9-0 home defeat to the same opposition.

Prospect Juniors under-nines cancelled out an early Eldwick strike and went on to win 2-1 thanks to goals by Joe White, after Imran Daya's initial shot had ben saved, and Dale Mitchell, following a scramble in the area.

Bolton Woods under-eights A maintained their unbeaten run with a 7-1 success against Sutton A, goals coming from Ryan Hargeaves (2), Jamie Relton (2), George Hepworth, Sam Powell and Reece Tatsell.

Woods' under-eights B team also had a good game, resulting in a 4-0 win against Sutton B, courtesy of strikes by Sam Forrest, Tyler Brooksbank, Luke Suggit and Connor Dean.

The club's C team came unstuck 8-1 against Idle Juniors, for whom Ryan Hadwen dominated the scoring with five of the goals.

Sonny Higgins and Jack Green added superb strikes, with an own goal making up the Idle tally. Johny Ideson hit the single reply.

Myrtle Park JKs maintained their unbeaten run with a 6-0 win at Bradford Tigers A. James Wilson, Cameron Atkinson, Bradley Pearson and Ben Jagger added to Tom Thornton's double.

Jamie Oates scored a superb solo goal as Eldwick under-tens earned a

2-0 win at Dudley Hill. Steven Keogh added the other following a fine flowing move.

Bingley Juniors under-tens A failed to turn their dominance into goals and lost 1-0 at Nab Wood - but the B team gained a 2-1 victory thanks to goals by Alfie Raistrick and Connor Vallo.

Eccleshill United under-sevens could not turn possession into goals as they lost 1-0 to Pool, while the under-eights lost 4-0 to Nab Wood despite good games from Owen Gill, Thomas Lewis and Aaron Evans.

James Townend was outstanding in goal for Eccleshill's under-nines and Gage Faulkner scored the only goal in a 1-0 win over Gargrave.

Eccleshill Lizards lost 4-0 to Guiseley B at under-ten level, while the Scorpions missed out 4-1 against Guiseley A. Benny Barker struck the consolation and Thomas House was voted best player.

Eccleshill under-11s lost 3-1 to Sedbergh, with Jason Greenwood netting and Jordan Walker also impressing.

Billy Bailey's hat-trick led Bingley Juniors under-13s to an 11-0 Craven League win over Sandy Lane.

There were also excellent performances by Daniel Hunt, who scored twice, and Jack Greenwood-Shaftesley as further goals came from Lewis Rollinson (2), Peter Akester, Adam Halliday, Alex Young and Charlie Raistrick.

Bingley Juniors B were edged out

7-6 by Keighley United. Tom Jenkins was man of the match as Jordan Taylor scored his first goal for the club, with others netted by Sam Holmes (2), Raman Sarai (2), Jordan Taylor and Tom Jenkins.

Bingley under-12s B overcame being a player short to beat Eccleshill Eagles 5-3. Michael Nestrenko's hat-trick was backed up by Jordan Higgins and Chris Batty.

The under-14s dominated against Silsden to win 6-1, with Sam Jacomb, Chris Williams and Phil Cutler sharing the goals.

Bingley under-16s A hit back from two goals down to win 3-2 against Silsden in a top-of-the-table clash. Josh Atkinson was outstanding but Bingley's goals came from Jamie Husband, James Dunn and Rob Barraclough.

Luke Bottomley (2), Danny Barker, Scott Pemberton and Eddie King scored for the B team in their 5-2 win against Bankfoot to stay top of the table.

Lee Smith and Joe Holden scored deep into injury time to snatch a point for Bingley under-17s against leaders Long Lee in a 2-2 draw.

Prospect Juniors under-13s surrendered their unbeaten start to the season 4-2 at Rothwell Town.

Simon Mcquiston and Oliver Eli claimed the consolation goals in a poor team performance, with only goalkeeper Jonny Cowan preventing a heavier defeat.

Josh Pullan scored six times as Queensbury Celtic's under-13s logged an 8-1 victory over local rivals Nab Wood. Alex Bickers and Noah Stocke completed the tally.

Eccleshill Pumas romped to an 11-0 under-13 win against second-placed Sedbergh, who had earned a 4-4 draw earlier in the season.

Ryan Singh, who scored a penalty, was man of the match as further goals came from Stephen Wilkinson (3), substitute Jake Whitehead (2), Sam McPeake, Liam Bennett, Oliver Chan, Josh Harper, Odunlami Oredein and Lewis Sheerean.

Richard Worsley struck twice as Eccleshill United under-16s B won 8-3 at Weston Lane.

Eccleshill, who were 4-2 up at the interval, were particularly impressive in the second half as Kelvin Ratcliffe, Duane McDonald, Jason Trudgill, Jamie Ideson, Jed Cribb and Paul Tarbottom completed the scoring.

Eccleshill under-12s nicked a 2-1 win against Sedburgh thanks to goals by Louis Brown and Jordan Horsfall.

Eccleshill under-14 Eagles were below-par and had to struggle for a 4-2 win at Long Lee. Chris Baines, Aidan Scully, Ashley Walker and Philip Gamble scored the goals and Nathan Smith was player of the match.

Shipley Juniors under-11s Lions made it three wins out three with an entertaining 6-3 success over Myrtle Park.

Jordan Busfield led the way with a hat-trick but Thomas Boldy produced the highlight with a stunning shot on the turn to score from 20 yards.

Thomas Heath also netted and Jordan Haresign completed the scoring in the final minute with a penalty.

Shipley under-11s Tigers won 6-1 at Nab Wood B with two goals each from Guy Huffen and Calum Clarkson and one apiece by Cieran Elahi and Calum Cullen. Nathan Hartley was man of the match.

Jaskaran Singh was player of the match as Albion Sports Juniors A edged a 2-1 Garforth League victory away to Manor Park Juniors A.

Kamron Basi and Hassan Meah provided the decisive goals but Singh's work in defence and midfield was crucial.

Albion Sports Juniors' B team were also victorious against Manor Park, winning 3-0.

Ryan Watling doubled up and Liam Singh was also on target, with Ryan Phagurey excelling and Ketan Dharni also playing well in goal.
